Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use by you ("User" or "You") of Interwetten's services, including but not limited to its website, software applications, and other digital platforms (collectively referred to as the "Services"). By accessing, using, or registering for the Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If You do not agree with these terms and conditions, please discontinue your use of the Services.

1. Acceptance
   These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by Interwetten.
2. Use of the Services
   You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in Your jurisdiction) to access or use the Services. You shall only use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that all equipment and software used by You to access the Services is compatible with the requirements set forth by Interwetten.
3. Confidentiality
   You agree not to disclose confidential information about Interwetten's business, services, or any other proprietary information obtained through Your use of the Services.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
   All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including but not limited to software applications, databases, content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names (collectively referred to as "Intellectual Property"), belong solely to Interwetten or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any Intellectual Property.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
   Interwetten does not warrant that the Services will meet Your expectations, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors or defects. Interwetten shall have no liability for any consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Services.
6. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall Interwetten's aggregate liability exceed the amounts paid by You during Your registration period, and in no case will We be liable for loss of profit, loss of business revenue, goodwill, or any other pecuniary or special damages arising from your use of the Services.
7. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Interwetten and its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and third-party service providers against all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, expenses, costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees), and damages arising from or related to Your use of the Services.
8. Changes
   Interwetten reserves the right at any time to change these terms and conditions by posting changes on its website. If You continue to use the Services after such notice has been posted, it shall be deemed that you have accepted such amended terms.
9. Governing Law
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
10. Termination
    Interwetten may terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, You agree to cease using the Services and destroy all copies of Interwetten's software applications.
11. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Interwetten regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements. The failure by one party to exercise any rights or remedies under this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver or release of such right or remedy.

By using the Services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
